Our Story, Vision and Mission

THE FOUNDER

Srishti Vashisth, the founder of Ilaira has started this brand with a lot of love and passion. She was always inclined towards setting up her own brand. Even after giving 5 years to commerce background in school and graduation, her passion and creativity made her pursue her career in fashion. 

Srishti completed her graduation in BBA in 2020 and tried to move forward in the commerce field but her love for clothes made her drop a year of her career and in 2021, she started learning Fashion designing and taking business guidance from a Fashion Business Coach.

After acquiring diploma in fashion designing in March 2022, Srishti came up with the brand Ilaira in November 2022 by creating the fashion products from scratch for her brand. 

Srishti Vashisth has been a strong believer that dressing up is all about looking your best in your skin. But sometimes struggles do appear in women's clothes whether it’s with the style or fit which is why she came up with the customization option for all her customers so they don’t feel bad for not finding their true style.

Along with customization, she chose to give margins in all her products as even after finding the perfect style and design for themselves, women do struggle sometimes because of the fit. So whether it's a top or a dress, our customers will get margin in all of our products.  

What do we do?

Ilaira was born with passion to deliver trendy fashion to its customer through a unique shopping experience. Srishti didn’t only want to give them best quality product, she looks forward to serve them better by meeting their fashion requirements.

Here at Ilaira, every product is made from scratch after finding the best quality fabric which will provide comfort along with the style. All of the fabric which is being used in Ilaira is self-tested by the founder and approved after keeping few things in mind- quality, comfort, look, feel, durability etc. Solids to prints, and prints to wide range of colors, we have everything which will mesmerize you!

Why the name 'ilaira'?

The reason why Srishti chose ‘Ilaira’ as her brand name was based up on the happiness of every woman. Shopping puts a smile on every lady’s face. Trying on our new clothes or putting on a small fashion show for our family brings us a different kind of joy.

Ilaira stands for joy and happiness. The same that we want to see on your face whenever you will be carrying Ilaira’s apparels. Here at Ilaira, we want to bring smile on your face with our attire’s comfort and services.

Our Mission

Financial independence is what everyone want. Now a days, women are more aware about independence which come from being financially independent. 

We want to handhold aspring women who wants to become the best version of themselves and stand strong financially with their family members. We want to contiribute to the growth in women's life and in economy in raising the number of women employment by giving the right guidance to women working with us.
